Acceptance of Terms
SalviaDragon.net provides its service to you,
subject to the following Terms of Service, which
may be updated by SalviaDragon.net without prior
notice to you.
When using SalviaDragon.net services, you shall
be subject to any posted rules or guidelines
which may be posted at any time. All such rules
or guidelines are hereby incorporated by
reference in the Terms of Service.

SalviaDragon.net teaches it's users how to
harness and control the power of his/her own
mind to do amazing and even some times
metaphysical things. We are not
responsibly for how you choose to use and apply
this knowledge. The user is 100%
responsible for harm caused to his/her own
persons or any person subject to the magic
teachings and practices derived from our books.
The statements
contained in SalviaDragon.net are not intended
to treat or diagnose any disease. While
these methods are quite viable, for legal
reasons we must suggest that you see a physician
in the case of any illness.

Description of Service
SalviaDragon.net provides users with an access
to a Salvia Divinorum extract and information.
Unless stated otherwise, new features that
enhance or augment the current service;
including release of new features, shall be
subject to Terms of Service.
You are responsible for obtaining access to
SalviaDragon.net service, and that access may
involve third party fees (such as internet
service provider or airtime charges). You are
responsible for the third party fees.
You must provide and are responsible for all
equipment necessary to access the
SalviaDragon.net service.
4. Security and Passwords for Registered
Users
If you register as an SalviaDragon.net
member, You will be prompted to choose a
username and password to enable you to access
the online manual.
You acknowledge that:

person;

you must not keep your SalviaDragon.net
password in any form, whether encoded or
unencoded, in a location where it is capable

You must immediately notify SalviaDragon.net if
you know that your SalviaDragon.net password has
been compromised to become known to a third
party, or if you know of any unauthorized use of
your SalviaDragon.net password. In these
circumstances you must immediately change your
SalviaDragon.net password through the
SalviaDragon.net customer service.
5. No Resale of Service
You fully acknowledge and agree not to
duplicate, copy, sell, reproduce, resell or
exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion
of the SalviaDragon.net service, us of the
SalviaDragon.net service, or access to the
SalviaDragon.net service.
6. Modifications to SalviaDragon.net Service
SalviaDragon.net reserves the right at any time
to modify or discontinue, temporarily or
permanently, the SalviaDragon.net service (or
any part thereof) with or without notice. You
acknowledge and agree that SalviaDragon.net
shall not be liable to you or to any third party
for any modification, suspension or
discontinuance of the SalviaDragon.net Service.
7.
Suspension or Termination
You
acknowledge and agree that SalviaDragon.net, in
its sole discretion, may withdraw, suspend, deny
access, terminate your password, account (or any
part thereof) or use of the SalviaDragon.net
service, and remove and discard any content
within the SalviaDragon.net service, for any
reason, including, without limitation, if
SalviaDragon.net believes that you have violated
or acted inconsistently with the letter or
spirit of the Terms of Service.
SalviaDragon.net may also in its sole discretion
and at any time discontinue providing the
SalviaDragon.net service, or any part thereof,
with or without notice. You agree that any
suspension or termination of your access to the
SalviaDragon.net service under any provision of
this Terms of Service may be effected without
prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that
SalviaDragon.net may immediately deactivate or
delete your account and all related information
and/or bar any further access to the
SalviaDragon.net service. Further, you agree
that SalviaDragon.net shall not be liable to you
or any third-party for any termination of your
access to the SalviaDragon.net service.
8.
Guarantee Policy
You
fully understand and agree that you are required
to show that you made an effort to follow the
program and that you fully read and understood
the manual. For this reason, refunds will not be
given until after the first 90 days, which we
feel is the correct time factor to assess the
program and the results achieved. We do not give
refunds to people who simply "do not like the
product", had "buyers remorse", or thought it
would be something different.
You have 30 days for us to honor your refund
request. Send the package back with
materials intact with a written statement,
saying that you understand and agree that you
must send us the following information typed or
printed on a piece of paper:

asked for a refund. Give us any
details you wish to include. We would
really appreciate your feedback about our
service so we can improve.

Refund requests MUST be submitted by postal
mail, not email. We must have your signature on
file for our claims department. Your refund
request will be looked over and processed that
week and you will be credited accordingly.
